Decision Frameworks is a boutique Decision Analysis training, consulting, and software firm.   Established in 1999, the firm provides practical decision-making skills and tools to the energy, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Stuart Harris has 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ten of which as the head of the Decision Sciences Department at GlaxoSmithKline. He currently works with Decision Frameworks, Inc. to develop framing and practical decision analysis skills in large and small pharmaceuticals, biopharma-ceuticals and energy companies world-wide. Stuart received his PhD from the Wharton School of Business in Decision Sciences and Strategic Planning and is based in Washington D.C.
